I am developing a DNN web site on my local machine and I would like to back it up from time to time and also once it is completed use it as a template for building other web sites with slightly different functionality.  What is the best way to do this?  Would they all use the same database?  Can you please point me to the appropriate documentation explaining the Copy/Replication feature of DNN?  I have seen page/module replication but my intention is to replicate the complete website in one swoop.  Thanks.

For Backup and Moce, see the pinned thread in the Install it! forum.

To create a template of a prepared site, login as superuser ("Host") and go to Portals in Host menu. Select your portal and click "create Template".
