Hi, I have two issues.

1. I'm using the "users online" module in my site and it only displays the amount of registered users and the last one who registered, but it's showing "0" for online visitors, members and total. It's not even showing what members are online neither.

2. I tried to use the mailing list feature and it says the mail went through ok, but no one received it and I checked on junk mail, but it's not there. I already checked SMTP settings on host configuration... is there anything else I need to do with the server?

PLEASE HELP!

please use separate posts per issue, this makes it easier for others to retrieve answers later.

1. make sure, you enabled Users Online in Host Settings. DNN 4.9.0 requires thhe scheduler to be in request mode as well (setting in same section).

2. did you try with sync and async mode? Sync is usually more reliable and there have been issues.

JP,

ad 1. the options are situated in HOST settings module, section "other settings"

ad 2. Sync and aSync are options you will find at the end of the Newsletter module. please try both.

Hi,

I finally solved the users online problem with ur advice (thanx a lot), but when I select Sync on the newsletter module and press send, the system tells me "no emails where sent, maybe u didn't select recipients, or something like that, but i did. When i select aSync it says the email was sent but it doesn't.

Have any other advice?
