The option "Open Link In New Browser Window" does not work when we add links. Is there a global DNN setting that might keep this from working?

There is no such global setting in DNN that I know of.  I'd recommend testing under a few different browsers and pay close attention to browser options/secuirty settings (like popup blocker options) to be sure your browser isn't suppressing DNN's ability to open a new browser window.

I agree with mamlin. The open in new browser functionality is solid. I would imagine that something else is getting in the way.

I have tested in IE7, FF3, and Chrome and it doesn't work in any of them.  It happens on every computer we have tested it on and whether block popups is on or not.  It is important to note that the links do work they just open the page in the current window instead of a new one.

 Any other ideas?  Thanks.
