When I am creating new Dynamic Module , Module created with name space prefixing with YOurCompany... . Then I am replacing "YourComoany" with my comp name Company name usinf Replace ( current Project ) . I am doing this manually

  IS there any way when I create Dynamic Module Creates name space with "my Company name" instead of "YourCompany" keyword

Thanks a lot , But still I am not getting , I tried what you said

 ...\Visual Studio 2005\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual Basic\Web  inside this Module_Compiled_VB.zip is present , I unzipped and opened every file and replaced with Your company by "our comp name " . then again I zipped it  with same name ( Module_Compiled_VB.zip ) and plcaed there .

  When I am creating new module , still it gives "Your Company name " instead of "my comp name " . I am using Dnn 4.8.2

I am using Dnn 4.8.4 and Visual Studio 2005 , I dont know whats the issue . I am not getting still

I made similarly as you said , I unzipped the file "Module_Compiled_VB.zip"  inside

C:\Documents and Settings\" My System Name " \My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual Basic\Web

and I replaced string "Your Company"  in all Files including "DotNetNuke Module.vstemplate" , then I zipped and kept it in same path

There is no Dnn Zip file inside C# template , that is  inside

C:\Documents and Settings\" My System Name "\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual C#.

          Now when I am creating Dynamic Module Still NameSpace was created with "Your Company" not with replaced one
