Hallo, I need help from a DNN-Expert

I complety new insatlled DNN 4.0.9 with source an Vista VS2008.

The compilation was no problem. Also the installation was smoothly without any error messages (good job). I used SQL-Server on othe rmaschine with UserNAme/Pwd. The Database was created. I created Host/Admin loggons. Als was pretty good.

But when I am starting the Default.aspx I will run in an infinite call aof Requests to that page. I ever come to

Ther is no LogFile or anything else I can find. Thanks for your help. Adrian

Global_BeginRequest->Default.apx Page_Init,... I debugged but cannot see any error. The Browser shows nothing.

Adrian,

   Search the forums, there are several postings discussing this behavior. The fundamental problem had to do with an error resulting in a redirect back to the default.aspx page (infinite loop), you'll see it in your IIs logs. I resolved by making changes to the default.aspx page (it parsed the URL string), which rersolved the error condition, thus not causing the redirect... Hope this helps. Peter

It works fine. The link to codeproject was very well. (though the script version was not enough, for me FullTrust is OK ny now)
