When I try to publish pending feedback in the Moderation List, I get this error:

A critical error has occurred.
Conversion from string "keyfield" to type 'Integer' is not valid.

I'm using feedback module 04.04.03.

I have just started using the feedback module and I'm not a programmer, so any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Sanjay,

I changed the values on my subjects to numbers.  The error still occurs.

The link you provided above goes to 8 pages of comments.  Can you be more specific as to which one applies to this situation?

Also I don't have the ability to compile.  I may be able to do some light code editing if you can be very specific.

I'm also having the problem of not being able to delete, archive or make private any of the items either.

Thanks,

Lisa

It would also be helpful to know the SQL that will move a feedback from pending to published just in case the next suggestion does not work for me.

Thanks, Lisa

Lisa - have you tried downloading the dll that's linked here - http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/30/threadid/200845/scope/posts/threadpage/3/Default.aspx.

This should resolve your issue without any problems.

With regards to your inability to make the status of posts change - did you by any chance delete the instance of the module you had on a page and re-add a new one?

To resolve the inability to modify the status, you'd need to comment out one line in a stored procedure - see here for the instructions

http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/30/threadid/55164/scope/posts/threadpage/6/Default.aspx

In both instances I've directed you to the exact page that has your fix so you don't have to read all the posts on the thread.

Thanks

Sanjay
