Hello chaps,

The Links module has an odd behaviour that is causing me some trouble. When a bullet graphic is specified, the location where the image is has to have DNN view permissions for anonymous visitors applied. This is different from other modules, which use the view permissions for the purpose of applying view and write access for people who actually have access to the file system. They still allow images to be displayed publically when referenced.

The real problem is that it forces one to provide view permissions to all users for the bullet ;ocation. The clunky workaround is to have a folder dedicated to the bullet and to educate users to ignore it.

Does anyone know how to make it just display the bullet no matter what? Or if not, I'll add it to Gemini if the module is undergoing any development.

Regards,
Rob
