Hi:

I have recently deployed DotnetNuke 4.8.0 to a shared hosting account. I have set write permissions for web.config, Portals, and Desktop Modules Folders.

I have also removed all portal aliases and added the shared hosting account as the only alias.

But the website randomy redirects to Upgrade Page. Some pages open correctly but some redirect to DotNetNuke upgrade page.

Can anyone help me in this regard ? Your help is highly appreciated.

You can have a look here http://vok.prymustech.com/

Thanks.

Umer

Hey  Umer,

It appears as though the database has been upgarded to 4.8.4 but the file system is still 4.8.0. I recommend backup up your database and file system, then upgrading to 4.8.4 by extracting the upgrade package over your existing web site (in your dev environment first). That should solve your issue.

Take care,

Ian
