I no longer recieve an administrator e-mail alerting me to a new member that needs to be approved for membership to my private DNN site. I checked the SMTP address und Host Settings and it is set to 127.0.0.1. and subsequently tested it, which passed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Will

please test to send an email to administrators from inside the Newsletter module, making sure, the email did not get caught due to a restricted email in the admin account.

Thanks Sebastion! Much appreciated. It was indeed set to a password that was essentially non-functional. A note to other readers: If you disable the default admin account under Admin console, you still need to put in a valid email address to get the system messages for private registrations.

Will
