I installed Reports and inserted it in a page.  When logged on as Admin I can access the Modual setting options next to title, click on settings then am told you must be the Host to update the source.  When I log in as Host those Modual settings do not appear next to the title.  I did this on my home PC with local host and it works fine.  What am I missing?

In the Control Panel at the top of the page (you may have to expand it, look for a link titled "Show Control Panel" or something similar) there should be three radio buttons: "View", "Edit", and "Layout".  Make sure the "Edit" one is selected.   The Module Settings only show up in "Edit" mode, they don't appear in the others.

No problem!  Glad that resolved your problem.  It's one of the more obscure settings, and I've been tripped up by it myself :D
