Hi All,

Can anyone please tell me that can IMC work without PostBack?

In my module I have used Ajax Modal popup extender and there is one button on popup. When I click that button, the event is executing and even the IMC agrs are also getting created but the problem is that it is not appearing on Page where other modules are listner and getting the value. I debug the code and its going well.

Now when I register the Button for PostBack using
DotNetNuke.AJAX.RegisterPostBackControl(Button1);

then its working fine.

Actually I dont want page to get refresh.

Please help me.

Thanks & Regards,
Deepak Khopade

By reading Jon Henning's blog, I'm sure that he had developed IMC in client side level. But only for DNN 5.0 :)

But maybe you can take benefit from what he did. Go to Jon Henning's blog to find out.

HTH.

Thanks for the reply...

I have gone thru the Jon's blog and found some interesting stuff. I got the idea from it for IMC on client side... :)

Though my requirement is still different, still I can use this as well for some other things.

Thanks & Regards,

Deepak Khopade
