When trying to access Adimin>Site Settings, Host>Host Settings, and many other parts of my website I receive the following error message. I have made to changes recently, but godaddy transfered by hosting account to a new server and ever since I have been having this issue. Thanks in advance for any help

There seem to be file system permissions missing, make sure that your virtual user ("Network Service" by default) has been granted all permissions on all files and sub folders.

Miracles can happen! Godaddy tech support told me that it was a problem with dotnetnuke and nothing was wrong on the server side. But low and behold, I come to work on Monday morning and the problem is gone. I guess multiply half-hour phone calls to tech support is worth it after all. I don't know what got corrected but my sites are now functioning perfectly. Thanks to all who read my post. And thanks for the reply!
