Hi,

Because I have to solve a problem with DNN I would like to enable detailed error messages. For this I tried to set within the web.config <customErrors mode="Off"/>. Unfortunatly this doesn't enable the error messages.

Did I get something wrong? What might be the problem that error messages aren't shown yet? Is there an additional IIS-Setting I have to do that this works?

Kind regards,
Benno

That normally does the trick. Do you still get the generic error message that tells you to set the customErrors mode to off? Perhaps you need to clear your cache or cookies on your computer so that it gets a fresh page.
