v4.4.1 isn't a problem perse, but do yourself a favor and upgrade to current version, security not withstanding.

If you want to stay on that version AND eliminate the redundant linking, just revise your skin(s) to leave the privacy and/or terms token out of the appropriate skin files.

Foe example, you could have the tokens present in the skin used for the home page, then remove it from all other skins in use on the site.

The pages could still be reached thru brute force, but the search engine spiders wouldn't know that.

You could also do something with ISAPI Rewrite or similar if you have that available on the server. If you're shared hosting, you probably don't have that as an option though.

So to summarise then:

Remove tokens from skins
Update robots.txt
Upgrade DNN.

Job done...
