Something else to think about -- the module was working fine the other day. Then it just suddenly stopped working.  Now it's started displaying only SOME users.  At the moment, it appears to be 'frozen' with one registered member displayed (even though I'm logged in, it doesn't seem to count me logging in on a separate computer with a separate account) and 2 non-members.  I'm not sure what could cause this...

please note, that there is some latency, until changes (especially logouts) are recognized. Besides make sure, the cleanup scheduled job is executed.

I can't seem to find "Host".  I have an "Admin" tab with Site Settings in it, but there's no section about "Host Settings" nor can I find "disable users online" or "Scheduler".  Should there be a "Host" tab at the top? Maybe a different version?

you need to login using a different account (username "host" by default") to get the host menu displayed.

Any idea what the password for that might be ?

When you say "make sure the cleanup scheduled job is executed", that's accomplished by setting Host :: Scheduler the Job PurgeUsersOnline

The trouble is, the person who created the website is no longer with us and now we're left with me who knows next to nothing about the DNN structure.  I don't know how to access that 'host' account, but I figure it would probably be a pretty good thing to have access to.  Do you know how I could retreive the password for it (there's no 'host' listed Admin > User Accounts), or is there some default 'host' password I could try?
