Have you been able to validate yet that the issue is fixed in 4.9.2, Alex?

Sebastian , i`ve configured the Users Online module:  i`ve unchecked "disable users online" with scheduler mode set to request mode,  i`ve checked "Schedule Enabled" with default settings with: Time lapse to 1 min, Retry frequency to 5 min, Retain Schedule History: 60, Run on event: none . The results are: Membership section works fine but section People online doesn`t count anything it`s 0 and Online now doesn`t display anything. (Note:  I`ve  the same configuration on my localhost and all works fine ).  Need u`re support. Thx in advance

 KST,

  • which version are you on?
  • did you switch scheduler mode to "request mode" in Host settings?
