upgrade.vb is in source install only. IMHO I wouldn't worry, we will look at the upgrade procedure and a future DNN version shall provide you with it. It is a diagnostic module, which shows some system data, your portal shall work with same functions even without it.

There is nothing to be sorry about.  Thats just the way things work.

Now that I have removed the Repository Dashboard module I guess I could proceed to 5.0.0 and the installer should add the core Dashboard to the host menu as expected.  The only problem is I've seen too many issues with 5.0.0 upgrade around thus I'd rather wait for the next release.  Another option is to recall the 4.9.0 backup, but then again I'd like to stay with 4.9.1 considering the security fix and the Dashboard is something I can live without for the moment.
