Yes, there's a couple of PopUp modules out there - I was anaylyzing a couple recently. Go to Snowcovered and search for "popup". The ones that I was considering were - Mandeeps LiveContent, the Onyak one (can't recall the name, Chris chooses interesting names ;) and one or 2 others. For me I want it as lightweight as possible - I don't want it adding lots of script to my source...

The module showing the pop-up on the home page at www.OnyakTech.com is called "OnyakTech Ads".  I had wanted to give that a proper "interesting" name but it was originally released for someone who needed the functionality quickly.  Perhaps I'll change it something nutty in the future for you Rodney  ;)

The demo page for OnyakTech Ads is on https://www.onyaktech.com/Demos/AdsDemo/tabid/580/Default.aspx

Another option is H2O.  You can create custom forms to be visible in a pop-up window.  Details are on www.DNNforms.com

Soma Elite will also display content in a pop-up.  The demo page for Soma is on https://www.onyaktech.com/Demos/SomaEliteDemo/tabid/718/Default.aspx

p.s. The names sometimes have meaning to them.  For example, SigmaPro was originally designed to be used by Six Sigma Black Belts and has since been improved for Help Desks, CRM and ITIL.  Axon and Soma represent a neuron within your DotNetNuke "Nervous System" by having Soma automatically publishing "body" content to your Axon Campaigns and then finally the information emailed across the web to your users.  Where's the fun in building modules if you can't get creative with the names?  ;)
