 I have tried to download the recompiled file, however the provider says the file has been downloaded more than 10 times. Is there anyother way of getting it from you...

I was able to download from the two latest links provided.  Try them again.  If you're not successful then you can try to download the file from my site (http://sgchs.us/Files/tabid/101/Default.aspx).  No registration is necessary.

Having the same issue here... going to give this a try... why have they not updated this? It is crazy... half the modules in version 5.0 are not installing properly for me. Really making DNN look bad.
