check out Newsletter module in admin menu, which also supports TokenReplace to personalize modules.

You can use Axon to send personalized content as well as dynamic content from your database.

Details on Axon are on the following page:

https://www.onyaktech.com/Demos/AxonEmailNewslettersReportingBETA/tabid/721/Default.aspx

The Inserts tab allows you to configure tokens (real-time renderings of data and visualizations) to the primary content template of your email Campaign. You can create as many tokens as you want, there are no limitations. The Insert tokens are generated using a mix of HTML and SQL Statements. The HTML contains the visual template that your data will be rendered as. The HTML content is rendered for every record returned by your SQL Statement results. When entering the HTML, use field tokens to represent where field values should be placed.

For example, if your SQL Statement is “Select Email from Users” and you wanted to display the Email field in your email, then you would set the HTML Template for the Records returned to the following.

Then you would name your a Token for this Dynamic Insert and add that to the Body of your email campaign. When the email is created, the Dynamic token in your Email will be replaced with the following:

Email Address: personb@someotherplace.com
Email Address:
personc@someplaceinthetropics.com
Email Address:
persond@someplaceintehforest.com

Step 1: Enter your SQL

Step 2: Define the record layout using HTML

Step 3: Add the Dynamic Insert to a location in your email campaign

Sebastian,

Where is the token index file I can refer to? I downloaded the doc and unzip. I read several files and could not find where I could not find token files.

Thanks

Hy,

unfortunately I haven't finished documentation for Core TokenReplace yet, the most complete list of Tokens can be found in manual of UserDefinedTable module.
