Hi,

I discovered this site the other night
and love all the benefits and features
it has to offer to help me reach my
desired goals.

However, my technical skill level may
not meet the level to intall this software
as I just learned how to install a WP Blog
and I'm at the immediate level now.

So I ask, any suggestions on how I
can get this installed? I wish I could
take the demo home and call it a day.

Thanks everyone,
C.F. Jackson

please be aware, that you need a web server (more precise: IIS, which is part of professional Windows versions) and a database server to run the software. I suggest to look around for a hoster, who provides you with a ready to run version for your domain.

Hey Sebastian,

Thanks for the responding.

Oh, I definitely have a web server/hosting
account with contains the db ability, which
is how I host my blog.  It's Linux to be exact.

I do have the required tools, now it's having
the expertise and hands to put it all together.

Right?

Thanks,
CF

Unfortunately, you DO NOT have the right tools.

DotNetNuke is an ASP.NET product and really requires the Microsoft set of technology:  Windows Server, IIS (Microsoft's web server), Microsoft SQL Server for the database.

The good news is that there are a decent number of hosting providers who can provide this to you and set it up for you.  Price will depend on a variety of factors, you you can do this for between $20 and $50/month or less, depending on the amount of help that you need.
