I've been asked by my boss to look into going to .NET, both myself and my colleague know VB but haven't used it in 2-3 years now.  Could someone tell me what the benefits of purcahsing either VS Pro or Stndrd would be?

We're responsible for a large public website that uses flash, flash video on an SQL server.
