I used the Network Solutions upgrade wizard to upgrade my DNN site. After many hours, the upgrade seems to have completed processing; however, I get the following error message when trying to go to the site:

Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'DotNetNuke.HttpModules.Compression' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. (web.config line 53)

I am not a .Net developer, just a DNN user. Any suggestions about how to find the "missing" file or what this error message means? I am on a shared hosting service.

I'm not familiar with the "Network solutions upgrade wizard", however the DNN upgrade process is very quick and only takes a minute or less.  You should restore your backups and try again using the DNN method.  You can also find many upgrade guides listed here:
