I tried to login recently after quite an absence - and it refused me entry.  Thinking I had forgotten the password, I asked for a password reminder.  The DNN site sent me one right away.  The password was exactly as I remembered it - and as I entered it.

I tried logging in again using the credentials that I used before - and ones that matched the pasword reminder from DotNetNuke.  No luck.  I tried the next day (today) - no change.

So, I regsitered yet again.  There was no way of letting someone know about this without re-registering.  However, I would like my old account working and have this new one deleted.  My guess is that the old account got deactivated somehow.  Additionaly, the password reminder should check if an account is active - or not - and send the appropriate message....

I'm currently on the Forum project team so I really would like my old account back!

Guys, just in case there is some ambiguity in my post, I'm talking about THIS SITE.

I cannot login with the credentials sent to me by the "Password Reminder" mechanism and asidre from notifying peple about this (perhpas this is the wrong place?), I also need my old account re-activated...

Oops, I actually tried to reply to this the other day and the forum tossed an error on me. I then forgot about it. Anyways, I'd contact your team lead Rob and let him know the situation. I will pass this on to those that control things as well.

Is there actually someone in charge of the forum - user managment, that kind of thing?  A week later still no account...
