Hi and happy 2009 to you all!!!

We discussed my selection of hosts last year, as I was forced to move away from ReInvent.

I opted for Resellers Choice and are happy with then, but unfortunately have some hosting remaining with Re-Invent.

Below is todays tech-support, I don't believe any comments are necessary:

 

 

This issue is being closed and any further inquires towards it will be billed at $25 per ticket!

The technical support agent replied to you many many many times within minutes regarding the same questions over and over again.  Some of which had nothing to do with our services.  Instead of following their instructions they continued to get asked the same questions over and over again causing our support team to delay responses to other customers in need of actual hosting support.   It had the appearance that we were getting spammed.  We apologize for any inconvenience the response to you may have caused and we will internally look to see if this unique circumstance could have been handled better or differently.

We hope you've enjoyed the 100% uptime your site received during the years of hosting and the instant support you received whenever you had a question.  I didn't see that mentioned in any of your posts about our company.  Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Personally, ORP, I think this kind of posting is inappropriate. If there were a dangerously underperforming host luring in unsuspecting DNN resellers and you were genuinely trying to warn us off, that would be one thing. You don't really seem to be doing that; you seem to be wanting to injure your host.

You may have some legit gripes, but it sounds like your host does as well.

I've never had any trouble with re-invent, use them with all my sites and they have been most helpful.
