I have created a DNN site using DNN 4.9 source and added child site.
After loged in to Child site with Host account  when i tried to Create Users under Admin tab>>User Accounts but there was no link present to add  new users.

But this option is present on main site.

Is User adding functionality is not for Child site??

link should be present, are you in edit mode?

This was the problem with the container, i changed admin container and its working now.
