I have created a custom module using DNN 4.9 source version, and with host login created Module package.

Now again created a blank site using DNN 4.9 and
Step 1 : installed the created module package, there is no problem with the module installetion
Step 2: Run the script from "01.00.00.SqlDataProvider" file
and it's working.

Is there any way to install the module in a single step i.e. script from "01.00.00.SqlDataProvider" should run at the module installetion time in the first step and no need to do the second step????????

i.e.  Complete table creation and data population should take place at install.??????

you need to make sure, that the sql script is listed in the manifest (.dnn) file to get it running. check out all the packaged core module, how to achieve it.
