1. New design based on existing look (Web 2.0 webapp/Not a website)
2. SEO aware (menu must link directly, as little Jscript as possible)
3. XHTML + W3C compliant
4. CSS must be very simple and refined (inheritance, remove default.css etc.)
5. Quick + fast loading (ie. Lightweight images and CSS instead of images where poss.) – no Jscript/HTML bloat
6. A variety of lightweight containers, all actions must be implemented
