I'm using a child portal for the first time but cannot get Events 4.00.02 to work (DNN 4.9).  When placed it's blank rather than the calendar showing up and none of the actions appear in the module drop down.  It works fine on the parent portal.  Any known issues that I couldn't find in my search?  Any Suggestions?

I'm not aware of an issue. I'm pretty sure that the module is tested on a child portal by both the team and the process for releasing a new version. I'm afraid the only version I have tested on a child portal is version 4.1.0 beta, which has not caused me this problem.

I always test the module on child portals and have not come any problem with 04.00.02 sofar. I have several production sites with child portals with Events module with success.

So, no clue from this site.., sorry

Thanks for the replies. I continued to try different things and just worked around it by deleting and them adding a new child portal.  Actually my steps were 1) Install Beta 4.1 - no success 2) Create another Child Portal - Events worked fine 3) Deleted and Added Child portal - worked fine.  Luckily I'd had not done much work with it before realizing the error.  The only difference between my creation of portals is that I used my hosting provider's (ihostasp.net) portal template for my original Child Portal.  I used the DNN template for the others that worked.  Maybe a coincidence.
