I'm afraid I don't have enough freetime to help out that much. I'd recommend that you FTP down the copy of the site on your hosting provider and do a compare (use a tool such as Beyondcompare http://www.scootersoftware.com/ ) to see if there were missed files copied to the host.

I found the problem . I reloaded the web.config file and it fixed the problem.

I also have a similar issue, I'm using 5.06.00 Install.

the node and the httpHandlers node are registered in the Web.Config file.
My issue is not specific to a particular module, its more specific to the Links.

Are you running the site in an ASP.Net 4.0 AppPool ?
