The developer of the Escher module was kind enough to give me prompt tech support last night. Works like a charm now.

The problem was simply operator error. I missed a step in the Escher module settings. Click on the magnifing glass, then click the album you want to display. The album textbox needs to be the numeric albumid, not the title.

And the other thing he mentioned: whether using Picasa or flickr... Picasa username doesn't include the @gmail. Flickr is the #####@### syntax.

Oliver,

Did you ever investigate the possibility of adding SmugMug support to your product? I haven't been able to find anything out there for DNN that works with SmugMug and think it might be a popular option.

I've been trying to get the escher module working but it won't stay alive, and it's doing some confusing things.  I wish there was a little bit of documentation... and if there is, where do I find it?

It seems simple and it was working well enough, but then the site fell asleep and the next time I started it up it died out on me.

Now it seems neither Picasa or Flickr wishes to run as all I get the stack trace glitch.

I've got the set's numeric id in place as the gallery and my username in the username spot.  This was working yesterday, but refuses to work today.

Does this module require a FlickR pro account?

if it ran yesterday and has issues today, it might be a caching issue. clear the cache in Host Settings and restart DNN application.

Cheers from Germany,

Good call.

Wish I'd thought of that in front of the client.

Lesson learned.

Thanks Sebastian!
