If we inspect the element in msn.com, igoogle and yahoo.com, we will see that all of the module title is using h2 tag.

It is time to change the original DNN module title tag to h2 instead of span?

or perhaps the easiest way is to add h2 tag manually in the container code?

Thanks,
George

Yes, I use H2 tags for my container headings.

How do you do that?

The Title renders a span, but you can wrap that span in any elemtent you want.

You could use this in you HTML container: <h2>[TITLE]</h2>

The alternative would be to that we would add an attribute for the TITLE skin object that sets the used tag.

This has been discussed before and I know some people don't agree with me, but IMO there is no need for that since you can already do as in my example.

1. If the container is hidden from the public, does the module  title make any difference to the search engines?
