Hello,

I searched the forum and browsed through several pages of threads but did not see my question so excuse me if this has already been asked and answered. Is it possible to set the blog module to allow multi-author support for a single blog? I created a "Writers" role and any user added to that roll should be able to create a blog entry. Is that possible in the current blog module?

Thanks,
Justin

Hi Justin,

unfortunately not. Although it has already been added into the project Wish List, this feature is still not supported. Only one blog is allowed for each user account. You can however create a shared user account that may be used by your blog authors.

Best regards,

Dario Rossa

I must say though... although users would have separate blog accounts, posts are aggregated into a single list with all entries.  The list of individual bloggers can be hidden so it gives the appearance of a single blog with separate authors - which can also have their entries listed separately if their names are clicked.
