has anyone reported issues with this functionality in 4.9?  I have set this to an external URL and to a page with my site and it never takes me to either.  If i disable the page, it does nothing when i click the page link in the menu, and if i enable the page, it simply takes me to that page.

Site: multi-section site each with its own skin.  I have parent pages set up at the top most level that do nothing but divide the site for menu purposes.  These pages are visible in the menu for my site map, but disabled.  I want these parent pages to link to their respective home pages, that are not visible in the menu.  However, when i set the parent page visible in menu, disabled or enabled, link to page within site, it does not go the page selected.  Any segguestions are greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Theo
