Hi Forum,

Could anyone share your experience on using lunarpages or godaddy with DNN 5.0?

Will they support DNN 5.0?

You should be able to install DNN 5.0 on godaddy.  I don't know if they have the most recent .NET Framework 3.5 sp1 upgrade but it still should install and run.  That being said, GoDaddy does not support DNN in anyway.  They will allow you to install and may help if you have database connectivity issues but anything past that and they will not be able to help.  I was using GoDaddy up until their standard troubleshooting method became "oh you have a custom install of DNN, sorry we can't help and if you don't' like it you can go somewhere else".  The problems I was having were clearly not related to DNN but to GoDaddy itself.  At that point, I switched hosting providers.

Solution:

Lunarpages is highly recommended for Dotnetnuke 5.x.

I have concluded this after successfully designed,developed,hosted my Web portal efficiently in Lunarpages using Dotnetnuke 5.1

Lunarpages shared windows hositng just rocks.
