Hello experts out there,

I just start to install the DNN 4.9.1 and so far the installation is successful. But I can only view and configure the site from VWD web server. I already add in the Portal Alias http://x.x.x.x/dotnetnuke . Right now after I type in the address http://x.x.x.x/dotnetnuke I got the window's authentication box, and no matter what user I put in either from window or the admin or host cannot get me authenticated. What do I did wrong? Thanks in advance.

Hello again,

I found out the reason, the alias cannot be ip address, after I switch the virtual folder to a real site and add in the alias it works fine.
