When i'm logged in as host, I cannot hide the control panel, it is always open the next time I do a page refresh. When i'm debugging the website, I get the following error:

Conversion from string "1 Usability ControlPanelVisible0" to type 'Integer' is not valid.

Line 437 default.aspx.vb

                Select Case CType(objDict("type"), DNNClientAPI.PageCallBackType)

It seems to work properly when i'm logged in as admin. I've checked the Usability settings and they're set correctly, but the error above seems to be stopping the site from saving the visibility state. This is with DNN 4.9.1
