What web server are you running? IIS5? 5.1? 6? 7?

What operating system is your computer that is hosting the site, that will answer the previous question.

Do you have two portal aliases defined for your site? One for the external config, and the other for localhost?

IIS 5.0 running on Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise server SP2.

It has two portal aliases:

1. williamtcau.no-ip.org for external

2. localhost/wa for intranet

Also, if you have a software firewall installed on your workstation, make sure it does not blcok access to IP of the "localhost" 127.0.0.1 if using IPv4 or ::1 for IPv6.

When moderating we can't see the previous threads so my answer here may not make sense....

localhost/wa is just for on the server itself. If you want other computers on the network to contact the system they have to go either to williamtcau.no-ip.org or you need to setup another alias that points to either the servername or IP address (ie: <servername>/wa)
