A unique page title is dynamically created by the blog moduel for each entry (the title is created by taking the title of the page that host the blog moduel and appending to this the title of the blog entry)

Meta keywords:
these are not generated dynamically by the blog module but keep in mind that it is widely accepted in SEO circles that keywords have - at best - very little influence, if any at all, with the search engines in determining their rankings, therefore the absence of this feature is not something taht should worry anyone who is interested in better Search engine rankings. (this article is a good primer about the keyword tag and its (non)use by leading search engines)

Meta description:
These are not generated dynamically by the blog module but, as Dario says above, the feature request has been logged in Gemini and you can expect to see it in a future release (see the feature requests as I logged it here on Gemini, the request presents a few scenarios as to how it could be implemented).
