You should see a section called Other Project Files with a link to the documentation under there.

That's the correct page. I'll see if I can't get someone to check out the permissions to make sure that something didn't get altered when the upgraded the DNN site to DNN 4. The only other thing I can think of is for you to try a CTRL-F5 to force the page to refresh.

Still not able to see link to documentation .

The folks in charge of the DNN site are trying to sort out what's going wrong. The docs section isn't the only area of the DNN site where people are having problems. I've temporarily put the documentation on my site.
