I purchased a module on Snowcovered.com to create an enhanced employee directory with photos, etc. I have set up my users in DNN's user accounts. Is there a way to access those users and their associated accounts for this directory module?

According to the vague, one page directions, I need to enter a path with this syntax: LDAP://ADserverIP/DC=mydomain,DC=com, where ADserverIP is the IP address of the active directory.

In order to utilize the users I already set up in DNN, what would this path be or how do I find that?

I've tried many, many combinations with varying error messages resulting. The closest I've gotten was "bad username or password" which led me to believe I was close. Most other messages indicated the "server is not operational."

Thanks for your patience - I'm sure this is simple, but I'm very new to this!

Just a guess but with the name I'm assuming that the module is intended to communicate directly with the Active Directory on your domain and not with the DNN Account list. My suggestion is to contact the programmer of the module for advice.

How do you get AD to list names in alpabetical order (lastname, firstname)?  It does by lastname, but not firstname.
