Im sorry if I can explain myself better, but what I want to do is to create something where any user can enter a "code" and in result it will give some information.

My problem is that I give a "Document" (paper)  to people that meets certain conditons, so I want to avoid that other people scan the document and change it with their information; I want to do this by adding a "code" to every paper and that "code" can be check in my website, so if they enter the right code they will see their name and the date on the paper, if not it will just give an "document do not exist" or something like that.

I been trying to google how to do it but since I dont really know what I am looking for I havent found anything.
It does not really have to be a DNN module, it could be a javascript or any other way that I can do this.
