I got a problem when I was creating a new module in the module definition. I follow the documentation of DotNetNuke 4.0 Module Development (Part 1), and I do not got what I expected. It didn't able to detect the DNN_Survey.dnn file when I create the module. I just wonder whether the documentations are up to date for the DNN_Survey_04.60.00. I refer the code when going through the tutorial. Thank You

in this case there should be the link in the module definition to package the module and create the manifest file.

I tried to use DNN 4.09.01 to do the same thing, creating the same survey module. However, It didn't directed me to the module definition to package the module. The default website is running on localhost. I do not know what the problem can be in this matter.

I am not sure whether it is matter. The localhost was randomly generated I think as the port isn't the same number whenever I run the website. The DNN files are located in the C:\DotNetNuke\ root file system.  I didn't created the virtual directory for it as well. Do you think this matter?

I am not sure whether it should be upgraded to DNN 5.0. Is the version of DNN matter to this problem?

Thank you
