Just as the site went into production and we transferred totally onto DNN, one error that I can't figure it out came up which rendered our system useless.

You can create a page, but it does not show (all the time) on the menu. It's not caching sine it's quite random. Moreover, the page can not be seen in the admin -> pages section where you'd need to delete it - since it's not visible. All the current pages work flawlessly and you can edit them, but not anything new...

Please help us...

I had a similar problem awhile back, I was attempting to create a page to test modules and it would not work and I could not delete it or do anything with it.

The page I had attempted to create was called "test", on the root menu.  It tuns out that I also had a virtual directory called "test" created in IIS, and the two were conflicting.  I removed the Virtual Directory from IIS, and was then able to access the page and remove it.

Hope that helps.
