Hi,

I have installed DNN5 release three weeks ago. I also installed the Active Directory (AD) provider and the Cardspace provider. Both have been installed fine but when I tried to login, I got an error which is:

Method not found: 'System.Collections.Hashtable
DotNetNuke.Services.Authentication.AuthenticationConfigBase.get_ModuleSettings()'.).

Are there any updates happened lately with both AD and Cardspace provider? How do I login without a problem?

Optimus

See my blog on how to get around the problem. There's a fixed version of the AD provider in the Release Tracker. Cardspace.... well the lead on that project has been tied up  with a new job and hasn't been able to look at it. I think I've got the fixes necessary but don't have the infrastructure to test it.

Hi Mike,

Thank you for replying immediately. I read that the error happens when the Cardspace provider has not been updated. I understand now. When will this be resolved?

Unfortunately I can't give you a timeline on when the problem with Cardspace will be resolved.
