Help!  New install of 4.9.1 (also my first dnn) locally.  I have a few modules (blog, announcements, forum, events) installed over 2 pages.  I have the Active Directory module installed and working fine.  Although no one but admin/host can edit any modules.

I've used AD both with syncing a role, and without syncing anything and just dumping people into registered users, no change.  Even when i add a user to the administrators role, i get the Admin drop down menu, but that user still can't edit any modules.  I've checked site settings, host settings, and i'm at a loss.  Did i configure something wrong?  Any ideas?
