The Wiki module is built using the WAP web application project model, it is a self compiled DLL, a self contained project. All of the code exists in desktopmodules/wiki rather than some in that folder and some in a app_code/wiki folder.

There are definitely some warnings that need cleaned up, but if you can compile you should be good to go now.

Odd, I tried to build the website but I got a Build failes message a the bottom of the screen but no other error messages...

I will read more doc I guess...

Are you trying to buld the website-> dotnetnuke, or the Wiki module project? In the warnings look for errors.

Thanks for your help Chris... turnout my VS 2008 installtion was the cause.

I try another PC with the VS 2008 installed on it and Voilà!! I'm able to do what I need to do.
