Hello everyone!

Ok here's what i want to do. On the home page of my dnn website i have a module with a textbox. You write your name in the textbox, then press ok. You are then taken to another page with another module that processes that name.

Im explaining like this because a friend of mine tells me im really bad at explaining things..

So basically how do i pass a parameter from one module to another if they are on different pages?

Thank you!

You have two options

1.) Pass it via the querystring.  (Be sure to UrlEncode it first!)

2.) Do it as a form post to the other page.

Granted you could use the profile or something else to do it, but that just wouldn't be as easy...
