I run a small web hosting company and I've installed DNN 5.0 for a customer and he installed it without a problem.

But when I try and install DNN 5.0 for another customer, the page that appears when you go to the domain, is the one that says:

Domain Name [domain] Does Not Exist In The Database

This is a completely different domain and customer.  Why does this happen?

Does anyone know who to install more than one copy of DNN 5.0 on a shared web host?

Thanks.

This looks like a configuration issue, googling "Domain Name [domain] Does Not Exist In The Database" will probably help.

do you have multiple portals in the same installation or are you using DNN's multiportal feature and added another portal to the existing installation?

You aren't trying to use the same database for both installations, are you?  Each separate physical installation should have its own separate database.

I think you can use a different object qualifier for each installation to get around that limitation....
