If you bought through snowcovered you can get support through their website as well.

The latest version is 01.00.09 which you should be using, any issues you should be contacting them direct.

Are you sure you are licensed to use this module on more than one production site?

I'm also getting the same error with DNN 4.9.1 and Effority 1.00.03 for .Net 2.0. My error reads: 

Error: effority.UserDirectory is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Data is Null. This method or property cannot be called on Null values. ---> System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlNullValueException: Data is Null. Since this seems to be a widespread bug, I'll try to get in contact with Effority and see if they can fix. I agree, there's NO PLACE for public discussion on the Effority website, which is why we need this forum to discuss on the DNN main site.

Any reps from Effority care to comment?
