That shouldn't be necessary for version 1.00.03 which I am using? Only for 1.01.09? That is atleast what I thought?

If you register on their site I think there might be forums you can post on.

If you bought through snowcovered you can get support through their website as well.

The latest version is 01.00.09 which you should be using, any issues you should be contacting them direct.

Are you sure you are licensed to use this module on more than one production site?

1: There are no forums on their site, that is why I am asking here if there is someone who has experienced similar problems. I will consider contacting the developer though....
2: It is a free opensource module released on CodePlex.
3: The latest version is  01.00.03 for .Net 2.0, the 01.01.09 version is for .Net 3.5 wich is not available on the server at the moment.
4: I have only installed the module on different sites to test it since it is not working on the intended site (which wouldn't matter since it is Open Source on CodePlex).

Jari,

I'm also getting the same error with DNN 4.9.1 and Effority 1.00.03 for .Net 2.0. My error reads:

Error: effority.UserDirectory is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Data is Null. This method or property cannot be called on Null values. ---> System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlNullValueException: Data is Null. And, in my log, I have:

Since this seems to be a widespread bug, I'll try to get in contact with Effority and see if they can fix. I agree, there's NO PLACE for public discussion on the Effority website, which is why we need this forum to discuss on the DNN main site.

Any reps from Effority care to comment?

Thanks!

After several e-mails, I have heard nothing back from their team. Is there any way of getting in touch with them to find a way to get this issue resolved, or do they monitor the DNN forums for issues with their products? There seems to be no easy way of getting in touch with them...
